By using 8mbt's website, mobile app, or any associated services, you are voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to these rules and terms and conditions. Although these terms are written in Bangla, this document is legally binding.

When registering with 8mbt, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be entered correctly.

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any balances held within those accounts may be forfeited.

• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any changes to your account information must be reported to 8mbt immediately.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

All deposits and withdrawals at 8mbt must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Transactions made through a third party's bKash, Nagad, or bank account will be cancelled.

A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal. Requests are typically processed within 3–10 minutes, though pending KYC verification may extend this timeframe.

• Deposits may only be refunded up to the amount that has not yet been withdrawn.
• 8mbt complies with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• If you experience any technical issues with a deposit or withdrawal, please contact support — 8mbt will resolve it promptly.

By accepting any bonus or promotional offer from 8mbt, you are also agreeing to the specific terms and conditions of that offer. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, validity period, and list of eligible games.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit. To receive the bonus, the minimum deposit amount specified in the relevant offer must be met.

• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• A promo code or offer cannot be used more than once.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.

It is the member's responsibility to read the specific rules for each event before placing a bet on 8mbt. Odds may change at any time — if the odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the original odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is generally declared void and the stake is refunded. However, if a specific outcome had already been determined before the cancellation, different rules may apply.

• In Live Betting, if a bet is accepted after an event has already concluded due to a system delay, 8mbt reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds — whether due to human error or a technical fault — may be voided.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over a betting outcome, 8mbt's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8mbt platform. Involvement in any of these may result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the account balance.

• Misrepresenting your own identity or that of another person
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a match or game
• Colluding with others to meet bonus requirements
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the system
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device

8mbt reserves the right to close any account without prior notice, though in most cases the reason will be communicated via email. Any legitimate balance remaining in an account closed due to a breach of Terms will be returned.

Members may also request account closure by contacting support. If a self-exclusion request is made under the Responsible Gaming policy, the account will be deactivated for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before an account is closed.
• To reactivate a closed account, please contact support.

8mbt always strives to maintain uninterrupted service; however, technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances may cause temporary disruptions. 8mbt bears no liability for any losses arising from such situations.

All game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. In the event of a technical error that displays an incorrect result, the verified correct result will apply.

8mbt believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. That's why the platform gives members the ability to set their own limits — no need to contact anyone, just head to your account settings and do it directly.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session
• Activate a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) whenever you need one
• Contact support for long-term self-exclusion

8mbt reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email in advance or through a notice posted on the site.

Continued use of the site after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will fall under the jurisdiction of 8mbt's licensing authority. Resolution will first be attempted through support.
